With the 230 V TIG welder, STAMOS offers you a reliable and powerful device that can be used for a wide range of welding applications. Allow yourself to be convinced by the high performance values and easy handling and use the TIG DC welding machine in the workshop, in the home workshop or on the construction site.

With the 230 V TIG welder, STAMOS focuses on easy handling and top performance.

Set all values easily and directly on the control panel of the 230 V TIG welder. Four rotary controls are available for this purpose, which you can use – even with welding gloves on – to set the values for the welding current, the base current, the pulse frequency and the current drop time. Two toggle switches are available for the basic functions TIG, MMA and pulse. This means that you always have all parameters under control and can react to the most varied welding situations with the TIG DC welding machine.

The 230 V TIG welder from STAMOS shows endurance

If you regulate the welding current to a maximum of 250 A, you can weld even longer welding jobs with a duty cycle of 60 %. The 230 V TIG welder shows even more endurance if you regulate it below 170 A and weld with a duty cycle of 100 %. Thanks to these performance values, you achieve optimum welding results, even up to a welding thickness of 10 mm for electric manual welding. For TIG welding, use TIG electrodes with a diameter of 0.5 to 3.2 mm.

With the TIG DC welding machine from STAMOS, the welding seam is just right.

The TIG welder from the STAMOS German series is convincing with it’s precise welding results that require little rework. If you want to weld thin sheets, use the pulse frequency for visibly better results. For this, you need to select parameters such as the base current or the current decay time and set them using the rotary control.

With the inverter welding unit, you are relying on proven MOSFET technology, which is convincing with an efficiency of 93 % and ensures a stable welding current. The compact design of the TIG welder, combined with a sturdy handle, makes it easy for you to transport it to the construction site or move it around the workshop.

The STAMOS welding machine is also ideally positioned for electrode welding

For smaller welding jobs without gas, select the MMA welding method on the TIG DC welder from STAMOS and weld with an electrode up to a diameter of 4 mm. Welding with one electrode is mainly done outdoors, as it produces convincing welding results even in windy conditions. Thanks to the hot start, the TIG electrode welder is impressive with optimal welds right from the start.
